We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed directly on the servers of our providers — Stripe and PayPal — and we retain only the amount, date, currency, transaction status and a reference identifier.

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

• Local operators and guides who run the activity you booked. They receive your name, phone number and the operational details of the booking.
• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to charge and issue refunds.

• Our web hosting provider, where the data resides.
• Competent authorities, where there is a legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

We run activities in the Dominican Republic and our company is registered in Wyoming, United States. This means your data may be transferred between both countries and stored on servers outside your country of residence.

Where a transfer involves data of residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we apply the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission with our providers.

• Booking and billing records: 7 years from the transaction, for tax purposes.
• User account: for as long as you keep it active. If you delete it, we remove the profile and retain only the accounting record of the bookings.
• Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
• Contact form enquiries: 2 years from the last exchange.
• Technical logs: 12 months.

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of a parent or guardian. Minors may take part in activities when accompanied by a responsible adult, who makes the booking and provides the data.
